What we store
Your account (name, email, password hash), the documents you create, and your settings. Documents are stored so you can come back and edit them.
The ATS score checker
The file you upload is read in memory to extract its text, scored, and then discarded. We do not write it to disk and we do not keep a copy. What we save is the result: the score, the per-check breakdown, and the list of fixes. If you were signed out, that result is tied to your browser session until you create an account, at which point it moves to your account.
Uploading a resume to import it
Same handling: the file is read for its text and then discarded. What the reader got out of it — your name, contact details, jobs, education — is held in your own browser session for two hours so you can check it, pick a design and have it filled in. Nothing is written to your account until you choose a design. Scoring a resume also prepares it for import this way, which is why the result page can offer to import it without asking for the file again.
We keep a record of each import — which reader ran, how much of the resume it understood, and whether it failed — so we can tell how well it is working. That record holds no part of your resume.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your documents with recruiters or anyone else. Your resume is yours.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Card and UPI details go to Razorpay directly and never reach our servers.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from your profile page. That removes your documents and your score history.
