Certificate and letter maker

Experience letters, relieving letters, internship and award certificates — on a proper letterhead, in the wording Indian workplaces expect. Free to start, no card, and no watermark on the PDF.

11 designs to choose from

Every one reads the same fields, so you can switch between them at any point without retyping anything. Landscape designs are for award certificates; the letters print portrait on a letterhead.

How it works

  1. 1 Pick the document Each one asks only for the fields it actually needs — a relieving letter wants a resignation date, a certificate does not.
  2. 2 Choose the wording Two or three standard bodies per document, with your names and dates already filled in. Edit them however you like.
  3. 3 Add your letterhead Company name, address, logo and a signature. Logo and signature uploads are part of Pro; the rest is free.
  4. 4 Download A4 PDF, rendered from the same page you were just looking at.

Issue these for work that happened

An experience letter is a factual statement by an employer. Written for employment that did not happen, it is a forged document in somebody's name, whatever it is called — and the background check that catches it costs them the job.

Certificates and letters — questions people ask

Is the certificate and letter maker free?

Free to start. Everyone can make two documents a month and download them with no watermark. Pro lifts that limit and adds the company logo and signature uploads.

Which documents can I make here?

Eight: an offer letter, an appointment letter, an experience letter, a relieving letter, an internship certificate, a character certificate, a resignation letter and a leave application. Each form asks only for what that document needs — a relieving letter wants a resignation date, a leave application does not.

Some of these are written by the employee, not the employer. Which?

The resignation letter and the leave application. Everything else on this page is issued by a company or a college about somebody. Those two are written by the person themselves and addressed to their manager, so they ask for your name and your employer rather than the other way round.

I run a small company. Can I use these for my staff?

Yes, that is who they are for. Set your company name, address, logo and signature once and every letter after that carries them. HR teams, consultancies, coaching centres and small firms use them the same way.

Do I have to write the wording myself?

No. Every document comes with two or three standard bodies already used in Indian workplaces, with the names and dates filled in from what you entered. Edit any of it, or write your own from scratch.

What is the difference between an experience letter and a relieving letter?

An experience letter states what someone did and for how long — it is proof of work. A relieving letter confirms they have been released from their duties on a given date and have no dues pending. New employers in India commonly ask for both.

Can I add my company logo and a signature?

Yes. Upload a logo for the letterhead and a signature image for the sign-off — both part of Pro. Without them the letter still prints properly with the company name and a signature line.

Can I make one for a job I never actually did?

No, and please do not try. An experience letter is a factual statement by an employer. Written for employment that did not happen it is a forged document in somebody's name, and the background check that catches it costs them the job.

What size does it print at?

A4 — portrait on a letterhead for the letters, landscape for the award certificates. The PDF is drawn by the same engine as the preview, so what you see is what prints.
