Common questions
What goes on an internship certificate?
The intern name and college, the role, the exact start and end dates, what they actually worked on, and a signature from the mentor or HR. Colleges check the dates and the project line most closely.
Why do the dates matter so much?
Most programmes require a minimum number of weeks, and the certificate is the evidence. Write the real dates — a certificate that does not match the internship is the one thing a college will notice.
Is it portrait or landscape?
Landscape, on A4. That is the shape these are issued in almost everywhere, and it is what the designs here are built for. If you want the same facts on a portrait letterhead, use the experience letter instead.
Can I mention the project?
Yes, and you should. There is a project field, and the project-focused wording builds the citation around it — that is the part a recruiter reads.
Remote internships?
There is a mode field for on-site, remote or hybrid, and it prints on the certificate. Some colleges count remote hours differently, so state it rather than leave it to be assumed.
Can I add two signatures?
Yes. There are fields for a second signatory, which is how most companies sign these — the mentor and the HR head.
Is it free, and is there a watermark?
Two documents a month are free, with no watermark on either plan. Pro removes the monthly limit and adds the logo and signature uploads.
Can I issue certificates for a whole batch of interns?
One at a time, and it is faster than it sounds: set the company details once, then duplicate and change the name, dates and project. There is no bulk upload yet.
